With our extraction, most carpets are dry in just a few hours, and we can set up airflow to speed it along.
Can you get rid of pet odor?
Pet odor is one of the most common things we treat — we use enzyme treatments that work at the source, not just on the surface. The tech will check how deep it's gone and go over the options.
Will you get my stain out?
We treat all kinds of stains and we'll do everything we can — some set-in stains don't fully come out, so we'll be honest about what to expect, but we get great results on most.
Can you fix worn, high-traffic areas?
We can really freshen up those high-traffic areas — the tech will pre-treat and deep-clean them and let you know how they're looking as they go.
Do you clean upholstery / sofas?
Yes, we clean upholstery, sofas, and chairs — just let me know what pieces and we'll include them in the quote.
Do you clean area or Oriental rugs?
We clean area and Oriental rugs — delicate and wool rugs are handled with special care, sometimes off-site, and we'll go over that with you.
Do you clean mattresses?
We clean mattresses too — it's a nice add-on when we're already there. Let me note it for your quote.
Do you clean tile and grout?
Yes, we clean and can seal tile and grout — the tech will take a look and include it in your estimate.
Do you offer stain protection / Scotchgard?
We offer fabric protection like Scotchgard after cleaning to help resist future stains — it's optional and we'll give you the price up front.
Is it safe for kids and pets?
The products we use are safe for your family and pets once dry, and we can use green or low-chemical options if you prefer — just let us know.
My carpet is soaked / flooded
We do water extraction — if there's standing water please stay clear of any outlets in it, and we'll get out to pull the water and start drying.
Do you repair or restretch carpet?
Yes, we do carpet repair and restretching for wrinkles, loose seams, and small damage — the tech will take a look and quote it.
Do you do commercial carpet?
Yes, we do commercial carpet cleaning as well as homes — tell me about the space and we'll get you scheduled.
