Frequently asked questions

Do you charge for an estimate / to come out?
Estimates are free on most jobs — our electrician comes out, takes a look, and gives you the exact price before any work is done. For after-hours calls he'll confirm any fee up front.
How soon / same day / emergency?
We can usually get an electrician out to you same day, and we do emergency service for anything urgent.
How much to fix / install?
It really depends on what's involved, so the electrician looks at it on site and gives you the exact price up front — and the estimate is free.
Part of my house lost power
Let's get that sorted — please avoid resetting breakers over and over, and we'll get an electrician out to find the cause and restore your power safely.
My breaker keeps tripping
A breaker that keeps tripping is doing its job, so please don't keep forcing it back on — the electrician will trace it and fix the real issue, with the price up front.
An outlet or switch stopped working
We fix those all the time — the electrician will check it and any related outlets and get it working again safely.
My lights are flickering or dimming
That's worth having looked at — the electrician will check it out and make sure everything's safe, and give you the price before any work.
There's a burning smell / sparking / hot outlet
Please stop using that outlet or circuit and switch off its breaker if you can safely reach it, and keep clear — if you see smoke or flames, call 911. We'll get an electrician headed to you right away.
I need a panel upgrade / my panel is old
We do panel upgrades and replacements — the electrician will check your panel and let you know your options and the exact price, and the estimate is free.
Can you install a light, fan, or fixture?
Absolutely — we install fixtures, ceiling fans, and recessed lighting. If you already have the fixture, great; if not, the electrician can help.
Do you install EV chargers or generators?
Yes, we install EV chargers and generators — the electrician will check your panel, find the best setup, and give you a free estimate.
Do you do commercial / business work?
We do — we handle commercial and business electrical as well as homes. Tell me a little about the property and we'll get you scheduled.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — we're licensed and insured, and we pull permits and handle inspection where required so the work is safe and to code.
Do you offer financing / payment plans?
That's a good question — let me have the office confirm the current payment options and we'll go over them with you.
Do you service my area?
We're local and cover your area — I'll just grab your address and get an electrician headed your way.

Circuit
One set of wiring on a single breaker that feeds a group of outlets, lights, or an appliance.
