How much to fix / replace my furnace?
It really depends on the system and what it needs, so the technician looks at it on site and gives you the exact price up front — no guessing over the phone.
How soon / same day / emergency no heat?
We do same-day and emergency service, and no-heat is a priority for us — let's get a technician headed your way as soon as possible.

Do you do tune-ups / maintenance?
Definitely — a fall tune-up keeps things running safely and efficiently and catches problems before the cold hits. Let's get you scheduled.
Do you install new systems / financing?

I smell gas near my furnace
Please get everyone out of the house right now without touching any switches, and once you're outside call 911 or your gas company. After that we'll get a technician out to you.
⚠️ Safety first
- Caller smells gas near the heater or in the home: Please stop and get everyone out of the house — don't touch any switches or the thermostat. Once you're outside, call 911 or your gas company, and we'll get a technician out to you.
- Carbon monoxide alarm going off: Please get everyone outside into fresh air right away and call 911 — carbon monoxide is serious. Don't go back in until they say it's safe, and then we'll get a technician out to check the system.
- Burning smell, smoke, or sparks from the furnace: Please shut the system off at the thermostat and at the breaker if you can safely reach it, and stay away from it. If you see smoke or fire, get out and call 911, then we'll get someone to you.
- No heat in dangerous cold with a vulnerable person in the home: Okay, I'm marking this urgent. Please keep everyone bundled up and warm, use blankets and safe warmth, and we'll get a technician headed your way as fast as we can.
