How soon can you come out?
We can usually get out to look pretty quickly, and we'll give you a timeline right then — let's get you on the schedule.
My house is too hot / too cold / uneven

Do you remove old insulation?
Yes — we remove old, damaged, or contaminated insulation and can install fresh. The installer will look and give you an exact price for the whole job.
Rodents / pests got into my insulation
We handle that — we remove and sanitize the affected insulation rather than cover it. If pests are still active, they'd need to be cleared first, and we're happy to coordinate.
Is old insulation with asbestos / vermiculite safe?
Please don't disturb it — older material like that can need testing first. We'll check it and handle it the safe, proper way, so you're not exposed to anything.
Do you insulate crawl spaces / basements?
Yes — crawl spaces and basements are a big part of what we do, including moisture control and encapsulation. We'll assess it and give you an exact price.
Can you soundproof a room?
We can — sound-rated insulation and air sealing make a real difference between rooms or from outside. We'll take a look and go over the options.

How long does the job take / do we need to leave?
Most jobs are a day or less, and the installer will let you know the timing. With spray foam we'll have you stay out for a set curing time so it's completely safe when you're back.
What's your warranty / guarantee?
We stand behind our work and materials — the installer will go over the exact warranty when he gives you the estimate.
