Do you charge for an estimate?
Estimates are free — since it's all custom, we come out, look at the project, measure, and give you the exact price up front before any work.
How much for a fence / gate / railing?
It depends on the size, the design, and the finish, so we measure and give you the exact price for free — it's not something we can pin down over the phone.
How soon can you come out / how long to build it?
We can come measure pretty quickly, and because pieces are custom-built there's usually a build time we'll tell you right then — let's get you scheduled to look at it.
Do you do custom designs?
Absolutely — custom is what we do. If you have a picture or an idea, great, and if not we can help design it to fit your home.
My gate is broken / sagging / won't close
We repair gates all the time — we'll get it swinging and latching right again. We'll take a look and give you the exact price before any work.
My railing is loose / wobbly
Let's get that secured — for now please keep people from leaning on it, since it's there to prevent a fall, and we'll come out and make it solid.
Do you install driveway gates / automatic openers?
Yes — driveway gates, swing or sliding, and we can add an automatic opener with remote access. We'll look at your entrance and give you an exact price.
Do you install security doors / window guards?
We do — security doors and window guards. On any bedroom or exit window we always include a quick-release for fire escape, so you're protected and safe.
Can you refinish / repaint rusty iron?
Yes — we remove the rust, prep it, and refinish or powder coat so it looks new and holds up. We'll take a look and give you an exact price.
What finish do you use / does it rust?
We use durable finishes like powder coating, and galvanizing for wet or coastal spots, to keep rust away as long as possible. The tech will recommend what's best for your project.
Do you match existing / repair one section?
Often, yes — we can match an existing style and repair or extend a section. We'll take a look and let you know the best way to do it.
Do you do commercial / larger projects?
Yes — we handle commercial and larger jobs as well as homes, from a single railing to a whole property's fencing. Just tell us about the project.
What's your warranty / guarantee?
We stand behind our fabrication and installation — the tech will go over the exact warranty on the work and finish when he gives you the estimate.
Do you offer financing / payment options?
That's a good question — let me have the office confirm the current payment options and we'll go over them with you.
