Do you charge for an estimate / to come out?
Estimates are completely free — the landscaper comes out, looks at your property, and gives you the exact price before any work is done.
How much will it cost?
It really depends on the size of the area and the materials, so the landscaper measures on site and gives you the exact price up front — and the estimate is free.
How soon can you come out / start?
We can usually get out to give you an estimate within a few days, and the landscaper will let you know the soonest we can start once they've seen the project.
Can you fix drainage / water pooling in my yard?
Yes — drainage and grading are a big part of what we do. The landscaper will look at how water moves on your property and put in a solution. We won't guess the fix over the phone.
My retaining wall is failing / leaning
Thanks for flagging that — please keep people and cars clear of it, since a failing wall can come down. We'll get a crew out to look and rebuild or repair it safely.
Do you install sod or new lawns?
We do — new sod for an instant lawn or seeding, plus prep and grading so it takes well. The landscaper will measure and give you a free estimate.
Do you build patios, walkways, or walls?
Absolutely — patios, walkways, and retaining walls are some of our most popular projects, all built on a proper base so they last. We'll give you a free estimate.
Do you do mulch, planting, and garden beds?
Yes — mulch, garden beds, and planting trees and shrubs are everyday work for us, and we plant for how things will grow in over time.
Do you do regular maintenance or just projects?
Both — one-time projects and ongoing maintenance. Lots of customers set up a regular schedule so the yard always looks its best. We can go over a simple recurring rate.
Do you do seasonal or yard cleanups?
Yes — spring and fall cleanups, leaf removal, and clearing overgrown yards, with the debris hauled away. We'll give you a free estimate.
Do you do low-water or native landscaping?
We do — low-water and native landscaping can cut your water bill and upkeep, and the landscaper will tailor it to your area and style.
Do you do commercial properties?
Yes, we handle commercial and residential — homes, businesses, and HOAs. Tell me a little about the property and we'll set up an estimate.
What's your warranty / guarantee?
We stand behind our work — the landscaper will go over the exact warranty on plants and installation when they give you the estimate.
Do you offer financing / payment plans?
