Common problems we handle

Frequently asked questions

Do you charge for an estimate / to come measure?
Estimates are free, and for custom work we come measure the space so it's exact — then we give you the price up front before any work is done.
How much does a mirror cost?
It depends on the size, thickness, edge finish, and how it's installed, so we measure and give you the exact price up front — and the estimate is free.
How soon can you get it done?
Standard mirrors can go quickly, and custom-cut mirror usually takes a few days to a week to fabricate. We'll give you a clear timeline once we've measured.
My mirror is broken / shattered
I'm sorry — please keep kids and pets away from the glass and don't pull a large piece down yourself. We'll come remove it safely and get you a replacement.
Can you cut a mirror to a custom size?
Yes — custom cutting to size is our specialty. We can work from your measurements or come measure to be sure, then finish the edges however you like.
My mirror is cloudy or dark at the edges
We can help with that — depending on the mirror we'll either replace it or, for an older or antique piece, re-silver it to restore it. We won't guess the cause over the phone.
Do you install gym or studio mirrors?
Yes — big, flat, distortion-free mirror walls for gyms and studios, mounted with safety backing. Tell me roughly the wall size and we'll set up a measure.
Do you install bathroom or vanity mirrors?
Absolutely — bathroom and vanity mirrors, framed or frameless, cut to fit your space. We'll measure and give you a free estimate.
Can you do a beveled or framed mirror?
Yes — beveled edges and framed mirrors are popular choices, and we can finish the edges to match the look you want.
Can you re-silver an antique mirror?
We do — an antique mirror with worn backing can be re-silvered to restore it or given an antiqued finish. Bring it in or we'll take a look at it.
Can you remove a mirror that's glued to the wall?
Yes — we safely remove mirrors, including big ones glued to the wall, and can replace them with something new. We'll give you a free estimate.
Do you do mirror walls or closet doors?
We do — full mirror walls and closet-door mirrors, measured and mounted securely. We'll set up a measurement to get it right.
Do you do commercial jobs?
Yes, we handle commercial and residential — gyms, studios, offices, retail, and homes. Tell me about the space and we'll set up a measure.
Do you service my area?
We're local and cover your area — I'll grab your details and set up a measurement or estimate for you.
