Do you charge for an estimate?

Estimates are completely free — a technician comes out, looks at the area, and gives you the exact price before any work is done.

How much do pavers cost?

It depends on the size, the paver type, and the base prep, so we come out and give you an exact price for free — and you decide from there.

How soon can you come out or start?

We can usually get a technician out within a few days, and they'll walk you through the timeline for your project.

Do you do driveways, or just patios and walkways?

We do all of them — patios, walkways, driveways, and pool decks — and we build the base to match whatever it'll carry.

My pavers are sinking or uneven — can you reset them?

Yes, resetting and releveling sunken pavers is common work for us — the technician will look at it and give you an exact price to set it right.

There are weeds and ants between my pavers

No problem — we can re-sand the joints with polymeric sand to lock them and cut down on weeds and ants, and the technician will price it out.

Do you seal pavers?

Yes, we clean and seal pavers to bring back the color and protect them, and we'll give you a free price for it.

Can you clean or restore old, stained pavers?

Absolutely — cleaning and restoring older pavers is something we do, and they can look close to new. The technician will give you an exact price.

Do you build retaining walls with pavers?

Yes, we build retaining walls and borders, and we'll design and price it as part of your project.

Do you do permeable pavers for drainage?

We do — permeable paver systems let water drain through, and the technician can tell you if that's a good fit for your spot.

Do you do commercial paver work?

Yes, we do commercial and community paver work as well as homes, and we'll design it around your space and use.

Do you offer a warranty?

We stand behind our work, and the technician will go over the exact warranty on your install when he's out.

Do you offer financing?

Good question — let me have the office confirm the current payment and financing options and we'll go over them with you.

Do you service my area?

We're local and cover your area — I'll grab your details and get a technician scheduled to come out.

Digging or excavation planned near utilities: Good news is we always call 811 to have the underground gas, power, and water lines marked before we dig — so please don't dig there yourself in the meantime.
Loose or sunken paver that's a trip hazard near a pool or steps: Please try to block off that spot or keep people clear of it, especially near the pool or steps, and we'll get a crew out to reset it safely.
Retaining wall bulging, leaning, or failing: Please keep people away from the low side of that wall for now, since a failing wall can give way. Leave it be and we'll have a crew check it safely.

Base / sub-base: The compacted crushed-stone layer under pavers that carries the load and prevents sinking.
Edge restraint: The spiked edging that locks the outer pavers so the field can't spread apart.
Polymeric sand: A special joint sand that hardens with water to resist weeds, ants, and washout.
Efflorescence: A natural white haze that can leach to the surface of new pavers; usually fades or is cleaned off.
Permeable pavers: A paver system with open joints and stone base that lets rainwater drain through.
