How soon can you come / it's leaking right now
We offer emergency service — if it's leaking now I'll get you on the schedule right away. In the meantime keep clear of any water near lights, and put a bucket down.
My roof is leaking — what do I do?
Let's take care of it — set a bucket under the drip and keep clear of any water near electrical or a sagging ceiling. The technician will find the source and give you the exact price; I'll get someone out quickly.
I had a storm / hail — can you check for damage?
Absolutely — storm and hail damage isn't always visible from the ground, so we'll do a free inspection and document anything we find. Let's get that scheduled.
Can you help with my insurance claim?
Yes, we work with insurance claims all the time — we document the damage and coordinate with your adjuster. The office can walk you through how that works.
