Common problems we handle

Frequently asked questions

Do you charge to come out / a service fee?
There's a diagnostic fee to come out and pinpoint the problem, and it typically goes toward the repair if you have us fix it. The office will confirm the exact fee when we schedule.
How much to fix my washer / dryer?
It depends on what the machine needs, so the technician diagnoses it on site and gives you the exact repair price up front before any work — you decide from there.
How soon / same day?
We offer same-day service and will get a technician out to you as soon as we can — I'll find the earliest slot.
My washer won't drain / is full of water
No problem — the technician will get it draining and working again, and give you the exact price first. If it's leaking onto the floor, go ahead and shut off the water valve behind it.
My washer is leaking water on the floor
Let's stop the water first — there's a shutoff valve on the hoses behind the washer; turn it to close it. Then we'll get a technician out to find and fix the leak.
My washer won't spin / clothes are soaking wet
We can fix that — the technician will get the spin working again and give you the exact price before any repair.
My dryer won't heat / clothes are still wet
We'll take care of it — the technician will get your dryer heating again, and give you the exact price up front. Is it gas or electric, if you know?
My dryer takes forever to dry
That's a common one — the technician will check the dryer and the airflow and get it drying right again; if it's running very hot, it's good we're getting it looked at.
Do you clean dryer vents?
Yes, we clean dryer vents — it helps clothes dry faster and reduces fire risk, and the technician can do it while he's out.
Do you work on my brand (Samsung, LG, Whirlpool)?
Yes, we work on all the major brands — Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, Maytag, GE, and the rest — both gas and electric.
Is it worth repairing or should I replace it?
Good question — that depends on the machine's age and what it needs, and the technician will give you an honest recommendation once he sees it.
Do you install washers and dryers?
Yes, we install washers and dryers and can set up stacking kits — just let us know what you have.
Do you do commercial machines?
Yes, we service commercial and residential machines — homes, apartments, and businesses.
What's your warranty on repairs?
We stand behind our repairs — the technician will go over the warranty on the parts and labor when he's there.
Do you offer financing?
That's a good question — let me have the office confirm the current payment options and we'll go over them with you.
Do you service my area?
We're local and cover your area — I'll grab your details and get a technician set up, often same day.
